At Carol Art Pearls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Timeframe:

• You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

• After this period, we will not be able to accept the return.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• We do not accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.

• Personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they have manufacturing defects.

1. Contact us via email at info@carolart-pearls.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the package safely.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.​

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
